Challenge application privacy

We collect your name, email, shipping address, activity totals, Strava handle, written account and supporting documents to review qualification and prepare your requested merchandise order. Submitting does not place an order or take payment.

Applications and uploaded files are stored privately using Cloudflare, accessible to the site owner for review. They are not published on the site. Records expire after 12 months unless you submit a new application. Save your private status link and share it only with people you trust.

An optional nomination includes your name and email. In the current version, the separate invitation opens in your email app for you to send. The friend is not subscribed to marketing.

Venmo or PayPal will handle payments when checkout opens; we do not collect card or bank credentials. We retain a short-lived hash of a submitting connection to reduce spam; raw IP addresses are not saved in application records.

You can request deletion with your private status link using the button on that page. You can also contact the club through the contact details provided with any review correspondence. Upload only relevant records, with unnecessary private information removed.
